Louisiana High School Volleyball - Ascension Catholic edged by University Lab
October 8, 2024: Donaldsonville, LA 70346 University Lab Cubs (Baton Rouge, LA) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Ascension Catholic Bulldogs (Donaldsonville, LA), 3-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, University Lab improves its record to 21-4 on the season. The Cubs travel to Central (Baton Rouge, LA) to face the Wildcats in a non-league test on Thursday, October 10. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 14-4. Central won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Ponchatoula (Ponchatoula, LA)
The Bulldogs now own a 15-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. John for a Division V District 5 test on Wednesday, October 9.
