October 8, 2024: Sleepy Eye, MN 56085 St. Mary's Knights (Sleepy Eye, MN) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Cedar Mountain Cougars (Morgan, MN), 3-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, St. Mary's advances its record to 15-3 on the season. The Knights host New Ulm Cathedral (New Ulm, MN) to face the Greyhounds in a Tomahawk test on Monday, October 14. The Greyhounds go into the test with a record of 9-14. New Ulm Cathedral lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart (Hector, MN)
The Cougars now sport a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nicollet for a non-league test on Friday, October 11. Cedar Mountain will face a Raiders squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to St. Clair (St. Clair, MN). The Raiders record now stands at 3-13.
