October 8, 2024: Cameron, TX 76520 Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the C.H. Yoe Yoemen (Cameron, TX) and the visiting Summit Christian Academy Eagles (Cedar Park, TX), observed C.H. Yoe's volleyball team top Summit Christian Academy by a count of 3-0.
The Yoemen (18-13) will now prepare for their contest against Franklin (Franklin, TX). The Lions enter the 3A Region III District 19 contest with a 13-16 record. In their last contest, Franklin notched a victory over Thrall (Thrall, TX), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Eagles battle the Bishop Reicher Catholic Cougars (Waco, TX) in a TAPPS 2A District 5 contest, on Tuesday, October 15. Summit Christian Academy will attempt to move on its 4-9 season record. The Cougars enter the contest with a 4-17 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Evant (Evant, TX).
