October 8, 2024: Silver Spring, MD 20901 The Northwood Gladiators (Silver Spring, MD) volleyball knocked off the visiting Churchill Bulldogs (Potomac, MD), 3-1 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Gladiators now possess a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Poolesville for a non-league bout on Wednesday, October 9. Northwood will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Blake (Silver Spring, MD). The Falcons record now stands at 3-6.
With the loss, Churchill drops to 4-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Clarksburg (Clarksburg, MD) to clash with the Coyotes in a Montgomery County 4A - West bout on Thursday, October 10. The Coyotes come into the bout with a record of 7-3. Clarksburg won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Gaithersburg (Gaithersburg, MD)
