October 8, 2024: Silver Spring, MD 20902 Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Quince Orchard Cougars (Gaithersburg, MD) and the host Kennedy Cavaliers (Silver Spring, MD), observed Quince Orchard's volleyball team top Kennedy by a count of 3-1.
The Cougars (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Churchill (Potomac, MD). The Bulldogs enter the Montgomery County 4A - West contest with a 5-5 record.
Next, the Cavaliers battle the Northwood Gladiators (Silver Spring, MD) in a Montgomery County 4A - West contest, on Thursday, October 10. Kennedy will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Gladiators enter the contest with a 1-8 record after their 3-1 league win over Churchill (Potomac, MD).
