Alabama High School Volleyball - Woodlawn overwhelmed by Pinson Valley
October 8, 2024: Pinson, AL 35126 Pinson Valley Indians (Pinson, AL) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Woodlawn Colonels (Birmingham, AL), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Pinson Valley advances its record to 2-13 on the season. The Indians travel to Clay-Chalkville (Pinson, AL) to face the Cougars in a non-league test on Thursday, October 17. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 0-16. Clay-Chalkville lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Wilson (Florence, AL)
The Colonels now sport a 0-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gardendale for a non-league test on Thursday, October 10. Woodlawn will face a Rockets squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Mortimer Jordan (Kimberly, AL). The Rockets record now stands at 15-11.
