Minnesota High School Volleyball - Princeton can't get by Zimmerman
October 8, 2024: Zimmerman, MN 55398 Zimmerman Thunder (Zimmerman, MN) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Princeton Tigers (Princeton, MN), 3-2 in a league battle.
With the win, Zimmerman improves its record to 8-9 on the season. The Thunder travel to Spectrum (Elk River, MN) to encounter the Sting in a non-league battle on Thursday, October 10. The Sting go into the battle with a record of 12-15. Spectrum lost 3-1 in their recent non-league battle against Kimball (Kimball, MN)
The Tigers now own a 18-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Francis for a Mississippi 8 battle on Thursday, October 10. Princeton will encounter a Fighting Saints squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to North Branch (North Branch, MN). The Fighting Saints record now stands at 5-16.
