West Virginia High School Volleyball - Tygarts Valley tips Union
October 8, 2024: Mount Storm, WV 26739 Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Tygarts Valley Bulldogs (Mill Creek, WV) and the host Union Tigers (Mount Storm, WV), observed Tygarts Valley's volleyball team hold off Union by a count of 2-1.
The Bulldogs (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Highland (Monterey, VA). The Rams enter the non-league contest with a 0-8 record. In their last contest, Highland was tipped by Craig County (New Castle, VA), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Tigers battle the Pendleton County Wildcat (Franklin, WV) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, October 16. Union will attempt to move on its 1-7 season record. The Wildcat enter the contest with a 13-4 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Elkins (Elkins, WV).
