October 8, 2025: Tooele, UT 84074 Bear River Bears (Garland, UT) followers went home pleased Wednesday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Deseret Peak Golden Eagles (Tooele, UT), 49-8 in a league battle.
With the win, Bear River advances its record to 2-4 on the season. The Bears host Ridgeline (Millville, UT) to confront the Riverhawks in a match on Wednesday, October 15. The Riverhawks enter the match with a record of 2-2. Ridgeline won 42-0 in their recent non-league battle against Green Canyon (North Logan, UT)
The Golden Eagles now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Stansbury for a battle on Tuesday, October 14. Deseret Peak will play a Stallions team coming off a 40-20 league loss to Sky View (Smithfield, UT). The Stallions record now stands at 6-2.
