California High School Flag Football - GALA can't hold off King/Drew
October 8, 2025: Los Angeles, CA 90019 King/Drew Golden Eagles (Los Angeles, CA) fans went home in high spirits Wednesday as they saw their flag football team tip the host GALA Goddesses (Los Angeles, CA), 13-7 in a non-league battle.
With the win, King/Drew improves its record to 7-7 on the season. The Golden Eagles travel to Franklin (Los Angeles, CA) to meet the Panthers in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 8. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 8-7. Franklin lost 26-12 in their recent league test against Wilson (Los Angeles, CA)
With the defeat, GALA drops to 12-4 on the season. The Goddesses travel to Fremont (Los Angeles, CA) to face the Pathfinders in a Coliseum challenge on Monday, October 13. The Pathfinders go into the challenge with a record of 6-10. Fremont 0-0 in their recent league challenge against Jordan (Los Angeles, CA)
