October 8, 2025: Tuckerton, NJ 08087 Fans at Wednesday's league battle between the Pinelands Regional Wildcats (Tuckerton, NJ) and the visiting Lakewood Piners (Lakewood, NJ), saw Pinelands Regional's soccer squad knock off Lakewood by a score of 2-0.
The Wildcats (2-7) will now prepare for their test against The Pilgrim Academy (Egg Harbor City, NJ). The Pioneers come into the non-league test with a 9-4 record. In their last test, The Pilgrim Academy nipped Holy Spirit (Absecon, NJ), 5-1, in a non-league test.
The Piners now sport a 1-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Egypt for a non-league test on Friday, October 10. Lakewood will confront a Warriors squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Matawan Regional (Aberdeen, NJ). The Warriors record now stands at 3-6.
