The Wheeler Bearcats volleyball squad (Valparaiso, IN), dropped 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Lowell Red Devils (Lowell, IN)

With the win, Lowell improves its record to 11-11 on the season. The Red Devils travel to Hanover Central (Cedar Lake, IN) to encounter the Wildcats in a Northwest Crossroads battle on Thursday, October 9. The Wildcats go into the battle with a record of 22-4. Hanover Central won 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Merrillville (Merrillville, IN)

The Bearcats now own a 18-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westville for a non-league battle on Monday, October 13. Wheeler will meet a Blackhawks team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Culver Community (Culver, IN). The Blackhawks record now stands at 10-15.
