October 8, 2025: Rockville, MD 20855 In Wednesday's non-league match, the Magruder Colonels (Rockville, MD) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Northwest Jaguars (Germantown, MD), by a count of 3-0.
Next up, the Colonels battle the Northwood Gladiators (Silver Spring, MD) in a Montgomery County 4A - West match, on Tuesday, October 14. Magruder will attempt to better on its 8-2 season record. The Gladiators come into the bout with a 0-10 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Bethesda-Chevy Chase (Bethesda, MD).
With the loss, Northwest drops to 5-4 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Springbrook (Silver Spring, MD) to clash with the Blue Devils in a non-league bout on Friday, October 10.
