With the win, Jefferson upgrades its record to 6-11 on the year. The Cavaliers host Mitchell (Mitchell, SD) to face the Kernels in a AA District 1 outing on Tuesday, October 12. The Kernels go into the outing with a record of 9-7. Mitchell lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Roosevelt (Sioux Falls, SD)
