Missouri High School Softball - Albany bounces East Buchanan
October 9, 2023: Albany, MO 64402 Spectators at Monday's non-league match between the Albany Warriors (Albany, MO) and the visiting East Buchanan Bulldogs (Gower, MO), witnessed Albany's softball squad prevail over East Buchanan by a count of 10-0.
The Warriors now sport a 13-13 record. They play next when they host North Harrison for a Class 1 District 15 match on Saturday, October 14. Albany will meet a Shamrocks squad coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Putnam County (Unionville, MO). The Shamrocks record now stands at 6-12.
With the loss, East Buchanan moves to 0-20 on the season. The Bulldogs host North Platte (Dearborn, MO) to meet the Panthers in a Class 2 District 14 match on Thursday, October 12. The Panthers go into the match with a record of 18-8. North Platte lost 3-1 in their recent non-league match against Polo (Polo, MO)
