October 9, 2023: Franklinton, LA 70438 The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Lakeshore (Mandeville, LA) and the host Franklinton Demons (Franklinton, LA), saw Lakeshore's volleyball squad beat Franklinton by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Lakeshore upgrades its record to 9-9 on the year. The host St. Scholastica (Covington, LA) to play the Doves in a Division II District 4 bout on Tuesday, October 10. The Doves go into the bout with a record of 10-13. St. Scholastica won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Franklinton (Franklinton, LA)
The Demons now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they host Salmen for a Division II District 5 bout on Tuesday, October 10. Franklinton will play a Spartans squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Livingston Collegiate Academy (New Orleans, LA). The Spartans record now stands at 8-7.
