North Carolina High School Volleyball - Legion Collegiate Academy overwhelmed by Kings Mountain

October 9, 2023: Kings Mountain, NC 28086

In Monday's non-league battle, the host Kings Mountain Mountaineers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Legion Collegiate Academy Lancers.

The Mountaineers (25-1) will now prepare for their battle against Forestview (Gastonia, NC). The Jaguars come into the Big South 3A battle with a 10-9 record. In their last battle, Forestview achieved victory over Ashbrook (Gastonia, NC), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Lancers clash with the Gray Collegiate Academy War Eagles (West Columbia, SC) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, October 11. Legion Collegiate Academy will attempt to advance on its 20-10 season record. The War Eagles come into the battle with a 15-12 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Laurens Academy (Laurens, SC).
