October 9, 2024: Sylmar, CA 91342 The Sylmar Spartans edged the visiting King/Drew Golden Eagles flag football team by a score of 18-12 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Spartans face the San Fernando Tigers (San Fernando, CA) in a Valley Mission challenge, on Friday, October 11. Sylmar will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 10-5 record after their 43-0 league win over Van Nuys (Van Nuys, CA).
The Golden Eagles (11-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Dymally (Los Angeles, CA). The Challengers enter the Coliseum challenge with a 0-6 record.
