New Jersey High School Soccer - Westampton Tech nudges Buena
October 9, 2024: Westampton, NJ 08060 Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Westampton Tech Panthers (Westampton, NJ) and the visiting Buena Chiefs (Buena, NJ), saw Westampton Tech's soccer squad hold off Buena by a count of 1-0.
The Panthers (5-6) will now prepare for their battle against Riverside (Riverside, NJ). The Rams enter the non-league battle with a 7-3 record. In their last battle, Riverside tipped Florence Township Memorial (Florence, NJ), 7-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Chiefs battle the Wildwood Catholic Crusaders (North Wildwood, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, October 10. Buena will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Crusaders enter the battle with a 6-4 record after their 10-2 league win over Cape May County Tech (Cape May Court House, NJ).
