New York High School Volleyball - Hornell overwhelmed by Caledonia-Mumford
October 9, 2024: Caledonia, NY 14423 Caledonia-Mumford Raiders (Caledonia, NY) followers left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Hornell Red Raiders (Hornell, NY), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Caledonia-Mumford advances its record to 8-3 on the season. The Raiders host Letchworth (Gainesville, NY) to face the Legends in a non-league test on Friday, October 11. The Legends go into the test with a record of 0-2.
The Red Raiders now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wayland-Cohocton for a non-league test on Thursday, October 10. Hornell will face a Eagles squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Le Roy (Le Roy, NY). The Eagles record now stands at 6-8.
