Texas High School Football - Arlington Heights can't hold off Saginaw

Saginaw Rough Riders (Saginaw, TX) boosters were content Thursday as they observed their football squad nudge the visiting Arlington Heights Yellowjackets (Fort Worth, TX), 50-47 in a league match.

The Rough Riders (4-2) will now prepare for their match against Paschal (Fort Worth, TX). The Panthers come into the 5A-1 Region I District 4 match with a 5-1 record. In their last match, Paschal tipped Polytechnic (Fort Worth, TX), 66-20, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Yellowjackets meet the Wyatt Chaparrals (Fort Worth, TX) in a 5A-1 Region I District 4 match, on Friday, October 17. Arlington Heights will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record. The Chaparrals come into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 47-7 league win over Trimble Tech (Fort Worth, TX).
