The Capital Cougars (Olympia, WA) football triumphed over the visiting River Ridge Hawks (Lacey, WA), 33-0 in Thursday's league game.

In their next game, the Cougars face the North Thurston Rams (Lacey, WA) in a 3A Puget Sound - Nisqually outing, on Friday, October 17. Capital will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record. The Rams come into the outing with a 0-6 record after their 45-0 league loss to Timberline (Lacey, WA).
