The San Tan Charter Roadrunners football squad scored 68 points and limited the visiting Lincoln Prep Lightning to 0 in the Roadrunners league triumph on Thursday.

The Roadrunners now hold a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they host Miami for a non-league test on Friday, October 17. San Tan Charter will meet a Vandals squad coming off a 59-0 league loss to St. Johns (St. Johns, AZ). The Vandals record now stands at 2-6.

The Lightning (2-6) will now prepare for their challenge against ALA - Anthem South (Florence, AZ). The Titans go into the 2A Metro 1 test with a 2-6 record. In their last test, ALA - Anthem South was overwhelmed by Chandler Prep (Chandler, AZ), 68-0, in a league test.
