California High School Volleyball - Monterey Trail can't get by West Campus
October 9, 2025: Sacramento, CA 95820 West Campus Warriors (Sacramento, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Monterey Trail Mustangs (Elk Grove, CA), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Warriors (11-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Fairfield (Fairfield, CA). The Falcons come into the challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Fairfield was nudged by West Campus (Sacramento, CA), 2-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs play the Pleasant Grove Eagles (Elk Grove, CA) in a outing, on Thursday, October 16. Monterey Trail will attempt to advance on its 2-4 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 8-4 record after their 2-0 league win over Franklin (Elk Grove, CA).
