October 9, 2025: Laurel, MD 20707 The Laurel Spartans felled the visiting DuVal Tigers football team by a score of 22-12 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Spartans meet the Largo Lions (Upper Marlboro, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 15. Laurel will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 24-0 non-league win over Douglass (Upper Marlboro, MD).
The Tigers (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Suitland (Forestville, MD). The Rams enter the non-league challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Suitland was defeated by Bowie (Bowie, MD), 14-6, in a non-league outing.
