Temecula Valley Golden Bears (Temecula, CA) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Santiago Sharks (Corona, CA), 28-14 in a league battle.

With the win, Temecula Valley improves its record to 6-1 on the season. The Golden Bears travel to King (Riverside, CA) to meet the Wolves in a match on Thursday, October 16. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. King lost 47-23 in their recent non-league challenge against Murrieta Valley (Murrieta, CA)

The Sharks (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Great Oak (Temecula, CA). The Wolfpack go into the challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Great Oak toppled Murrieta Mesa (Murrieta, CA), 35-7, in a league test.
