Connecticut High School Soccer - Whitney RVT toppled by Wright Tech
October 9, 2025: Stamford, CT 06905 Wright Tech Warriors (Stamford, CT) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Whitney RVT Owls (Hamden, CT), 4-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Wright Tech moves its record to 7-7 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Wilcox RVT (Meriden, CT) to play the Wildcats in a Connecticut Technical outing on Wednesday, October 15. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 8-4.
With the loss, Whitney RVT moves to 3-9 on the year. The Owls travel to Bassick (Bridgeport, CT) to clash with the Lions in a non-league game on Tuesday, October 14. The Lions come into the game with a record of 7-2. Bassick won 4-0 in their recent non-league game against Brookfield (Brookfield, CT)
