In Thursday's non-league match, the Grand Island Lutheran Lightning (Grand Island, NE) volleyball squad prevailed the host Blue Hill Bobcats (Blue Hill, NE), by a final score of 3-0.

Next up, the Lightning confront the Giltner Hornets (Giltner, NE) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 11. Grand Island Lutheran will attempt to advance on its 14-5 season record.
