Maryland High School Volleyball - South Hagerstown over Linganore
October 9, 2025: Frederick, MD 21701 In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting South Hagerstown Rebels volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Linganore Lancers.
The Rebels (4-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Urbana (Ijamsville, MD). The Hawks enter the Class 4A West Region I challenge with a 7-3 record. In their last challenge, Urbana was beaten by North Hagerstown (Hagerstown, MD), 3-1, in a non-league test.
The Lancers now sport a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Hagerstown for a Class 3A West Region I test on Monday, October 13. Linganore will face a Hubs squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Urbana (Ijamsville, MD). The Hubs record now stands at 10-0.
