Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Walther Christian Academy Broncos (Melrose Park, IL) and the visiting Southland College Prep (Matteson, IL), observed Walther Christian Academy's volleyball team top Southland College Prep by a tally of 2-0.

The Broncos (17-5) will now prepare for their contest against Ellison (Chicago, IL). The Lions go into the Chicago Prep test with a 0-7 record. In their last test, Ellison was defeated by Providence-St. Mel (Chicago, IL), 2-1, in a league test.
