November 1, 2024: Gordon, TX 76453 Gordon Longhorns (Gordon, TX) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Baird Bears (Baird, TX), 62-0 in a league battle.
With the win, Gordon improves its record to 9-0 on the season. The Longhorns travel to Gorman (Gorman, TX) to play the Panthers in a 1A 6 Man 1 Region IV District 13 (6 Man) battle on Thursday, November 7. The Panthers go into the battle with a record of 4-5. Gorman won 53-6 in their recent league battle against Ranger (Ranger, TX)
The Bears now have a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to May for a non-league battle on Thursday, November 14.
