November 1, 2024: Selma, AL 36701 The Lowndes Academy Rebels football squad scored 44 points and limited the host Morgan Academy Senators to 12 in the Rebels non-league triumph on Friday.
The Rebels now hold a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they host Jackson Academy for a non-league test on Friday, November 8. Lowndes Academy will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 49-30 non-league loss to Clarke Prep (Grove Hill, AL). The Eagles record now stands at 4-7.
With the defeat, Morgan Academy drops to 4-5 on the campaign. The Senators travel to Bessemer Academy (Bessemer, AL) to meet the Rebels in a non-league test on Friday, November 8.
