November 3, 2023: Gulf Shores, AL 36542 The Gulf Shores Dolphins basketball team scored 36 points and held the visiting Luverne Tigers to 20 in the Dolphins non-league triumph on Friday.
The Dolphins now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Davidson for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 4. Gulf Shores will battle a Warriors team coming off a 49-44 non-league loss to Vestavia Hills (Vestavia Hills, AL). The Warriors record now stands at 0-1.
The Tigers (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Cold Springs (Bremen, AL). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Cold Springs ran past Orange Beach (Orange Beach, AL), 57-40, in a non-league contest.
