The Wesson Cobras held off the host Union Yellowjackets football team by a count of 34-28 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Wesson upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Cobras travel to Tylertown (Tylertown, MS) to encounter the Chiefs in a non-league outing on Friday, November 11. The Chiefs go into the outing with a record of 6-5. Tylertown won 40-21 in their recent non-league outing against Perry Central (New Augusta, MS)

With the loss, Union moves to 8-3 on the season.
