Connecticut High School Football - Kent School topped by Hotchkiss School
November 4, 2023: Kent, CT 06757 The Kent School Lions football team (Kent, CT), was beaten 30-14 in Saturday's league challenge with the visiting Hotchkiss School Bearcats (Lakeville, CT)
The Bearcats (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Taft School (Watertown, CT). The Big Red come into the Founders challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Taft School was beaten by Cheshire Academy (Cheshire, CT), 44-20, in a non-league challenge.
The Lions now sport a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they host Loomis Chaffee School for a Founders challenge on Saturday, November 11. Kent School will meet a Pelicans team coming off a 31-0 league loss to Choate Rosemary Hall School (Wallingford, CT). The Pelicans record now stands at 3-4.
