Virginia High School Volleyball - Mecklenburg County overwhelmed by Blacksburg
November 4, 2024: Baskerville, VA 23915 Blacksburg Bruins (Blacksburg, VA) followers left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Mecklenburg County Phoenix (Baskerville, VA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Blacksburg advances its record to 10-14 on the season. The Bruins travel to Jefferson Forest (Forest, VA) to face the Cavaliers in a non-league test on Wednesday, November 6. The Cavaliers go into the test with a record of 16-4. Jefferson Forest lost 3-1 in their recent league test against Liberty Christian (Lynchburg, VA)
The Phoenix now sport a 10-12 record.
