The Guyer Wildcats basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the visiting The Colony Cougars to 31 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Friday.

The Wildcats now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Crowley for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 9. Guyer will battle a Panthers team coming off a 38-34 non-league win over Midway (Waco, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 1-0.

The Cougars (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Braswell (Little Elm, TX). The Bengals come into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
