The Richton Rebels basketball team scored 62 points and limited the host Stringer Red Devils to 31 in the Rebels non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Rebels now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Bay Springs for a non-league game on Thursday, November 7. Richton will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 23-17 non-league win over Stone (Wiggins, MS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Stringer falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Red devils travel to Sylva Bay Academy (Bay Springs, MS) to confront the Saints in a non-league game on Thursday, November 7.
