In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Joshua Owls basketball team scored a good 58-50 triumph over the Sanger Indians.

The Owls (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against North Forney (Forney, TX). The Falcons go into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, North Forney topped Lake Highlands (Dallas, TX), 45-39, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Indians battle the Newman Smith Trojans (Carrollton, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, November 8. Sanger will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record.
