Maine High School Soccer - Scarborough nudges Portland
November 5, 2024: Scarborough, ME 04074 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the host Scarborough Red Storm soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Portland Bulldogs.
The Red Storm (15-1) will now prepare for their outing against Camden Hills (Rockport, ME). The Windjammers go into the non-league outing with a 15-1 record. In their last outing, Camden Hills got by Lewiston (Lewiston, ME), 2-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Massabesic Mustangs (Waterboro, ME) in a Class A - South outing, on Tuesday, November 5. Portland will attempt to improve on its 13-3 season record. The Mustangs go into the outing with a 0-15 record after their 4-0 league loss to Thornton Academy (Saco, ME).
