Mississippi High School Basketball - Ingomar toppled by West Union

November 7, 2025: Myrtle, MS 38650

West Union Eagles (Myrtle, MS) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Ingomar Falcons (New Albany, MS), 59-40 in a non-league contest.

The Eagles (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against South Pontotoc (Pontotoc, MS). The Cougars go into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, South Pontotoc was toppled by Mantachie (Mantachie, MS), 46-45, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Falcons face the Hickory Flat Rebels (Hickory Flat, MS) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, November 13. Ingomar will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Rebels enter the outing with a 0-4 record after their 78-30 non-league loss to North Pontotoc (Ecru, MS).
