In Friday's non-league game, the Amite County Trojans (Liberty, MS) football team overcame the visiting Collins Tigers (Collins, MS), by a tally of 36-19.

In their next game, the Trojans battle the Clarkdale Bulldogs (Meridian, MS) in a non-league game, on Friday, November 14. Amite County will attempt to better on its 8-2 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 8-3 record after their 20-16 non-league win over Scott Central (Forest, MS).
