With the victory, Plainview advances its record to 4-0 on the year. The Hornets host Pitkin (Pitkin, LA) to meet the Tigers in a non-league match on Saturday, November 9. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 1-0. Pitkin won 73-65 in their recent non-league match against Oak Hill (Hineston, LA)
With the loss, Maurepas falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Wolves host Jehovah-Jireh (Baton Rouge, LA) to play the Warriors in a C District 7 bout on Tuesday, November 12. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 1-0.
