The Biggersville Lions football squad scored 56 points and limited the visiting Okolona Chieftains to 16 in the Lions non-league triumph on Friday.

The Lions now sport a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Myrtle for a non-league test on Friday, November 15. Biggersville will clash with a Hawks squad coming off a 46-0 league win over Byers (Holly Springs, MS). The Hawks record now stands at 7-3.

With the defeat, Okolona drops to 3-8 on the campaign.
