November 8, 2024: Laredo, TX 78046 In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Monterey Plainsmen basketball team scored a big 85-39 triumph over the United South Panthers.
The Plainsmen (7-0) will now prepare for their contest against Plano East (Plano, TX). The Panthers go into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Plano East smashed Burges (El Paso, TX), 57-28, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the Fredericksburg Billies (Fredericksburg, TX) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, November 12. United South will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Billies go into the contest with a 4-3 record after their 63-56 non-league win over Kinkaid (Houston, TX).
