November 9, 2024: Maplewood, NJ 07040 The Union City Soaring Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Columbia Cougars to 0 in the Soaring Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Soaring Eagles now possess a 18-3 record. They play next when they travel to Westfield for a non-league outing on Tuesday, November 12. Union City will play a Blue Devils team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Phillipsburg (Phillipsburg, NJ). The Blue Devils record now stands at 15-8.
With the loss, Columbia drops to 12-5 on the campaign.
