November 1, 2024: Hamlin, TX 79520 Hamlin Pied Pipers (Hamlin, TX) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the visiting Cross Plains Buffaloes (Cross Plains, TX), 27-24 in a league battle.
With the win, Hamlin advances its record to 6-3 on the season. The Pied Pipers travel to Albany (Albany, TX) to play the Lions in a 2A-2 Region II District 7 battle on Friday, November 8. The Lions go into the battle with a record of 7-2. Albany won 38-7 in their recent league battle against Roscoe (Roscoe, TX)
The Buffaloes now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they host Winters for a 2A-2 Region II District 7 battle on Friday, November 8. Cross Plains will play a Blizzards team coming off a 55-0 league loss to Miles (Miles, TX). The Blizzards record now stands at 2-7.
