Virginia High School Football - Eastern Montgomery prevails Twin Valley
November 1, 2024: Pilgrims Knob, VA 24634 In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Eastern Montgomery Mustangs football squad scored a good 38-22 triumph over the Twin Valley Panthers.
The Mustangs (1-8) will now prepare for their match against Parry McCluer (Buena Vista, VA). The Fighting Blues come into the Pioneer match with a 5-4 record. In their last match, Parry McCluer was beaten by Bath County (Hot Springs, VA), 63-6, in a league match.
Coming up next, the Panthers confront the Hurley Rebels (Hurley, VA) in a Black Diamond match, on Thursday, November 7. Twin Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Rebels come into the match with a 1-8 record after their 20-6 non-league loss to Castlewood (Castlewood, VA).
