The Ironwood Eagles edged the visiting Willow Canyon Wildcats football team by a score of 30-28 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles face the Apollo Hawks (Glendale, AZ) in a 5A Northwest Valley match, on Friday, November 8. Ironwood will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Hawks come into the match with a 5-4 record after their 41-26 league win over Agua Fria (Avondale, AZ).
