Texas High School Football - Northwest trounced by Trinity

Trinity Trojans (Euless, TX) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Northwest Texans (Justin, TX), 49-13 in a league battle.

With the win, Trinity advances its record to 8-1 on the season. The Trojans host Bell (Hurst, TX) to play the Blue Raiders in a 6A Region I District 4 battle on Thursday, November 7. The Blue Raiders go into the battle with a record of 2-7. Bell lost 31-3 in their recent league battle against Byron Nelson (Trophy Club, TX)

The Texans now own a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Timber Creek for a 6A Region I District 4 battle on Friday, November 8. Northwest will play a Falcons team coming off a 28-21 league loss to V.R. Eaton (Fort Worth, TX). The Falcons record now stands at 4-5.
